ABRA points accumulate over a 12-month period
beginning September 1st running through August
31st of each year. Point sheets are submitted to
our Secretary on a monthly basis to report points
and/or money won. Points are then accumulated
throughout the year and awards are presented to
the top earners in each division at the annual
Round Up Banquet held each November. Fourteen
Championship trophy saddles and fourteen
Reserve Champion trophy belt buckles are
awarded in each division. In addition to this, over
$25,000 in prizes are distributed to those in the top
5, 10, or 15 of their respective divisions. We also
present awards to each member in good standing
who has met the minimum requirements for
membership in the ABRA. All of our donation
chairmen work extremely hard throughout the year
sponsoring horse shows and fund raisers to make
all of this possible. It truly is a great time of
fellowship and fun for anyone interested in the sport
of barrel racing.

Point Sheets Must Be Postmarked by the 3rd of Each Month
Attention Members: $25 division donations are due by July 31 to EACH DIVISION you have reported ANY points to during the year. Those whose donations have been received to date have their names highlighted in the standings spreadsheet. If you are a member, including ALL family members listed on a family membership and have not turned in any points you must make a $25 donation to the division of your choice to remain a member in good standing.
A GRACE PERIOD HAS BEEN GRANTED FOR DONATIONS POSTMARKED BY AUG. 15 WITH A $25 LATE FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS
